This blog was created as a forum for those that have been victimized, and those that have been recently targeted by a nefarious scam.
I will post the article that first appeared on my personal blog at www.wuli.com. This scam has targeted artists in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Maine. The FBI could not care less, our politicians in Washington are indifferent. It is up to us to create a grass roots effort to spread the word.
